Wazify

Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026

This policy explains what information Wazify collects when you use our app and website (wazify.store), why we collect it and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, phone number, password (stored encrypted), name, username, country, and anything you add to your profile such as a photo, bio, links or contact options.

Content you share: posts, stories, gists, comments, messages, photos, live comments and gifts. Messages and chat photos are only visible to the people in the conversation.

Seller verification: if you apply to sell, we collect the ID documents, selfie and business details you submit. These are stored privately and only seen by the Wazify review team.

Orders and payments: delivery details you enter at checkout and a record of your orders. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner Paystack; Wazify never stores your card number. For sellers we store the bank name, account name and the last four digits of the payout account.

Device information: a push notification token (if you allow notifications) and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure.

Your country from your internet connection: when you use Wazify we work out which country you're connecting from using your IP address, to suggest your country at sign-up and to help prevent fraud. We keep only the country, not your IP address. Your phone number and connection country are private and only seen by you and the Wazify team. IP geolocation by DB-IP.

How we use it

To run Wazify: show your content to the people you choose, deliver messages and notifications, process orders and payouts, verify sellers, prevent fraud and spam, keep one account per person and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Other users see what you make public (your profile, posts, stories and comments). Buyers and sellers see the order details needed to complete a sale. We use trusted service providers to run the app, including Supabase (database and hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Expo (app updates and notifications) and Paystack (payments). We may share information if the law requires it or to protect people from harm.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete your posts, block or report people and turn off notifications at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data. Some records (for example completed orders) may be kept where the law requires.

Children

Wazify is not for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
