By creating an account or using Wazify you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Give accurate information, keep your password safe and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Community rules
Be respectful. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent or misleading, and do not harass, scam or impersonate anyone. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Buying and selling
Only approved sellers may list items. Sellers must verify their identity, describe items honestly and only sell items they are allowed to sell. Buying and selling is limited to buyers and sellers in the same supported country.
When a buyer pays, Wazify holds the payment and releases it to the seller after the buyer confirms delivery, or three days after the seller marks the order delivered if the buyer has not reported a problem. Wazify keeps a fee of 2% of each sale. If a buyer reports a problem, the payment is held while we review it, and we may refund the buyer.
Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, adult content, animals, and anything illegal in the buyer's or seller's country.
Live shows, coins and gifts
Coins are used to send gifts during live shows and have no cash value for the sender. Creators receive 60% of the value of gifts they receive (after app store fees) once payouts are available. Test coins given during our testing period are not paid out.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Wazify permission to host, show and share it within the service so it can work as intended.
Changes and ending your account
We may update Wazify and these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know in the app. You can stop using Wazify and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Liability
Wazify is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it safe and available, but we are not responsible for items sold by sellers beyond the buyer protection described above, to the extent the law allows.
